Maintenance guy was great. Ana was great. Other lady was great. Guy that worked in the office was highly unprofessional. Him, mixed with the ant infestation I dealt with all year and elevators constantly breaking is why I left.

Kinsey was a great host during my visit! Super amicable, tried to chat and connect, and had answers to all my questions. I was excited to hear about all the renovation plans for the community (event spaces, cinema, etc) and see all the community had to offer! 10/10 would tour again

Some office personnel are outright rude. Maintenance takes forever .

Elevator never worked. Never got email replies from management always had to go follow up in person. Took over 3 months to get someone to come fix our shower so we were down a bathroom. This place is a joke

Strong improvement from prior management. If lease is not renewed, it would not be experience related, likely external factors. There was a noteworthy increase in package theft but it has been addressed

Problems that we started facing recently:1. One if the lift is always nit working2. The garbage/trash room is locked or heavily overloaded with garbage. Its nit emptied on a regular basis.

There were ladders and buckets in the common area for two months. We also weren’t informed the exact day that they were painting outside our apartments. The fumes caused illness. I’m also sad that they plan to do more construction, including getting rid of the dog area.I’ve also had multiple maintenance issues where I have had to re-contact maintenance multiple times to fix the issue. My fridge is still leaking. Need to reach out again.
