The staff was so friendly and welcoming and really made it so I would actually want to move in and be a resident there.

There needs to be more security for the bike room. My bike was stolen, my friends bike was stolen and nothing is getting done to solve it.

Lovely community

Riverpark is the butt of the joke of stereotypically shitty Redmond apartments. Want your stuff stolen? Riverpark. Want locked out of your apartment with no after hours number? Riverpark. Want constantly broken equipment? Riverpark.

Recently neighbors with children in the community have been keeping their residence open and allowing their children to run and scream through the hallways. It is completely disruptive. I have talked to a few of them about this behavior but they do not respect my concerns. Also people keep smoking right under our windows on the sidewalk. I am literally only staying here because it’s close to school. If it wasn’t for that I would have left a long time ago.
