one night around 1pm i went to the washroom and the light where off and there was somebody in the shower stall sleeping or smoking - it was very scary for my wife who would not goto the bathroom alone. Also it might be hard to govern but people where slobs in the bathroom, leaving the counters messy, leaving garbage at the door ....

If someone is not sure of exactly how to connect to the water and electric ( i connected mine incorrectly) but a kind irish man showed me how to know if the water was turned on and if the electric was on.In England up is off and down is on, so i have the electric flick switch the wrong way . so although i had connected the cable it was running off battery.Likewise with the water i did not know how to make sure the water was flowing and i actually had it closed. so i had to use the pump. i was confused as to why i had to use the water pump when i thought i had connected it all correctly. It is only a minor thing to talk someone through it who may be doing it the first time.

For the cabins. 1) a small key hook by the front door would be awesome. 2) a couple of hangers to use at the front door and bedroom would be a great addition. Casters on the coffee table like other cabins we stayed in.For the yurts 1). Just better lighting to the bathroom? That one step before going down the staircase always gets me. Or the traction grips need to be painted white or yellow?

It almost looked like a homeless person was using the washroom. There was a bag of garbage dirty clothes and food waste piled in a corner by the sink

Get your bathroom security and property security in place. Provide a separate kitchen area so we are not sharing the bathroom with random vagrants cleaning their living be of grid vehicles. It’s gross and unsanitary and has been the practice here for the past 3 seasons that I have stayed here

Please keep the place clean. It is a gem that needs some refreshing in the main hall and 2xdaily cleaning of bathrooms

Need more quality laundry machines. Should have large industrial machines for staff.

Yurts need more outlets or power bars.Most importantly it is hard to get a booking due to high demand. Build more of them!Re follow up, we left a child's small carry case with pencil case etc. Inside. Was it found on cleanup? ( Sat. March 21)

There could be more shelving or hangers in the public bathroom. I had to use the sink to wash up in the morning and evening and was not able to hang my bag or towel anywhere. I really liked the bigger sink to do dishes.
