We stayed in one of the cabins, the cabins were adequate but for a 84 year old and a 81 year old. we decided that because of our age Whistler is to much to deal with. We did not realize how life enjoyable things have passed us by so quickly.

Water connection in site was loose and challenging to disconnect from without leaking. We also miss the grass putting course.

Amazing location.Would love more privacy from other sites(plant more trees or temporary 'wall' at least to one sideThe price would make me hesitate to return. Especially as we were told they are going up.Would like to book earlier than the one year windowThe staff were very helpful and allowed us to switch sites when the one we had gotten was just below the yards and not private. We were thankful that we could switch. It may stay much more enjoyable.Thank you

It would be nice if the paved portions of the sites were swept off before we arrived.

This particular visit was due to us responding to a wildfire evacuation order in Pemberton BC and needing accommodation. Although the all the sites were reserved, our hostess Abby worked very hard to find an appropriate site and even followed up with a phone call inviting us to a better site when one became available. She well represents the type of service that makes any traveler feel secure and cared for. Thank you for seeing her potential in representing your excellent facility.

Bathrooms needed attention when I showered in the evening. Refuse containers were a long way from my site.

Charging an extra fee to people who arrive early and wish to check in early is morally wrong. Also, charging a fee to secure a specific site I find is during these financially challenging times is really just another money grab. Charging $15 per night adds a significant amount to the overall total cost and does diminish the overall experience. I would suggest changing the way that is charged and not make it such a significant amount toPeople who wish to enjoy your resort.
