Would be nice if you had a pool for a afternoon swim

My only issue was the cabin wasn't ready when we arrived as I had not been put in a pet cabin when it was what I had requested. Not a big problem as they cleaned our cabin asap. Also...the floors could have been cleaner when we arrived. They were quite dirty.My biggest complaint would be the cabins on a sliding scale. Tried to book next year and one day was 236.00 and then another day was 336.00 and it was a Monday and not a long weekend.

Washrooms could be cleaned a little more often when campsite is full , like on long weekends.

our site was a bit tight for the size of our unit, as we indicated how long and the slide out location of our trailer when booking on the phone

Your staff were very welcoming, informative, helpful and friendly. To be honest, for a campground, the service and welcome was way beyond my expectations. To get an automated text once I had arrived to offer support (with a number to call), if needed, was also a nice additional touch! Thank you all, you did a great job!!!

J13 was very noisy from the toilet. The sink was noisy with people early in the morning. Sound fence would have helped this

Abbey was amazing, great recommendations to lost lake which met our specific requirements perfectly and scandinave.Laundry was a little unfortunately congested. In fact someone that wasn’t staying there were doing laundry on site as well.

I love that the minigolf was free this year. It was really exciting for the kids to do that regularly.

Just ensure the washrooms attended to more regularly and well stocked with toilet paper.We did notice the grounds and greenery were better kept this year ( our 9th stat here). Well done.
