In talking to other campers, people seem to be booking longer reservations to secure their desired site and dates with the intention of cancelling any days they dont need closer to the arrival date. This doesn't seem ideal.

The septic needs to be flushed. Every time someone flushes the toilet, it smells like fecal matter in the bathroom.Also, paper towels in the bathroom are better than the blower. You can wipe up the sink and put your stuff down on a dry surface.

I wish the full service pull through site can be wider an provide more privacy.

The only problem I had was that I was unable to book a specific site online. But I booked my dates online and sent an email and my spot was secured quickly. So it was not a big issue at all.

More thorough cleaning. Lots of crumbs in couch and clothing from previous guests in loft. More towels and coffee for guests staying for more than 2 days. Better kitchen knife. my only quibble is booking. You should be able to book a specific site for free, especially when giving up to a years notice. Riverside does so many things well.
