More thorough cleaning. Lots of crumbs in couch and clothing from previous guests in loft. More towels and coffee for guests staying for more than 2 days. Better kitchen knife. Ones in cabins are beyond dull. Promo code for referrals. I have brought many new families through the years. Cap rate increase. Hotels might be cheaper soon.

my only quibble is booking. You should be able to book a specific site for free, especially when giving up to a years notice. Riverside does so many things well.

The bathrooms were not as good as they were the last time we were there. Showers were not clean and a toilet cubicle had no lock on it.I also had booked two sites and had hoped to get them beside each other. Obviously understandable when the campsite is full that sometimes this is not possible. However, there were camper vans that showed up to take the spots which would have been easy to swap with. The sites were no better or worse than each other so would have been easy to do. Maybe one to keep in mind for future.
