this is our 4th winter season and Riverside advertises that they offer wifi..... we cannot even send an email from this site - the wifi is basically non-existent. It seems to have gotten worse this year, when it should be getting better. We understand that it's not intended for streaming, but we are paying a monthly fee, and hoping to work from our camper-home, and cannot even send an email. This needs to get fixed.

When plowing the roads around the campsites, there were big chunks of ice that were pushed in front of our site. I had to manually remove them so we could get out.

My friend and I stayed in yurt 1. Everything exceeded our expectations in terms of service and the quality of the amenities. I loved that the paths to the washroom were salted and maintained during the winter. I noticed that the path had motion-sensored lights, but something that could be added on is high vis or reflective tape at each step.

Overall our stay was excellent. The only issues we had was started with the internet which was quickly addressed by park staff, however, when staff were unplugging and plugging in the router they unplugged our heated water hose and never plugged it back in again. Thankfully there was no damage. But it was inconvenient as we had no water in the morning and it took about 1.5 hours for me to clear the frozen lines. Had it not been for this we would have given 5 stars.

Can you please add a password to the site Wifi? Our RV has numerous wifi enabled items like thermostats, temperature/humidity monitors, and heaters. But because there is no password on the network, it is “unsecured” and half our device will not permit connection to “unsecured” wifi. We had to pay to bring up or Starlink for the winter because of the no-password on the resort Wifi

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! It was clean and well maintained.Each of your team members was professional, helpful and kind.I know you dont have control over the weather…but the snow was absolutely amazing!!! And your team worked to keep the grounds safe and easy to navigate.Thank you very much!!!
