Foliage was to thick and could be trimmed , water connection was old and very hard to connect towater connection and electrical box was ready to fall overNo overly bad but for an non handy person it could be difficult

We enjoyed our stay and first visit to Whistler. Had a great visit there.

Please clean the fridge in the yurt before people check in.

No hot water in the men's shower at 6.30 am on the 17th June. Hot water in the wash basin but not in the shower.

Everything was perfect. Near our main activity Whistler.

i am not sure if the staff under pay or working lots of overtime , non of the gust should experience what i experience on my arrival with rude and unprofessional approach

Fantastic experience. The cabin was beyond our expectations. Plenty of room. Very clean upon arrival. Will definitely rent again when we visit Whistler again.

We would love to be able to pick a site on arrival rather than have it allocated.It took a while for the bathroom toilet to be fixed on the men's side in the wash room off Maple making it difficult when only one was available.

We never did stay at your campground. We were unable to continue our road trip to travel to Whistler because we had issues with our truck. I realize you have policies about cancellations, but I was hoping you could meet me half way and give us a credit of $100 for a future stay. We are out over $200.
