I was a little concerned about the vertical ladder to get to the beds up in the t but appreciate options are limited. We just didn’t let our younger child go up there.

We did quite a bit of cooking in the cabin, and would have liked a good chopping knife. All the knives were serrated and not the greatest for chopping up veggies.

Learn some interpersonal skills in friendliness. Customer service goes beyond just doing what is necessary or requested. Grumpiness is unpleasant.

We booked Cabinjust one thing was bathroom locks in cabin did not work for all 3 cabins we bookedplease make it easy, kid friendly, and working condition

The young lady that booked us in was unfriendly and abrupt, I felt that I was taking up her time!But I did return later to rebook another night and the gentleman I saw was very helpful and engaging, suggesting places to go

I like how your garbage is looked after to keep the bears at bay! Washrooms and showers were clean. I'm not sure if grass between the lots could be restored, it would be nice as it would keep the dust down. I'm planning to come back in a few weeks.

The site we were assigned was horrible. It was essentially a parking spot with no room on either side or behind for even a chair. Did not even stay and won’t be coming back
