Tables are too heavy to relocate. As (S ) site areas are really small.Fire pits are too close to tree line. Even for no fire during the season.You guys need a coffee shop !That's open early !

The site conditions are deteriorating. Picnic tables are in terrible shape with cracked wood seats and unlevel tops. Overall the lower resort area is looking very unmanicured and dirty.
