Anderson is the best! This is my 2nd partial knee replacement with Dr. Sershon and has all gone very smoothly so far. They had me up with a walker very quickly after surgery. No problems! Highly recommend!

Surgery started a little later than expected. A little confused on home instructions since the differed a little from verbal instructions.

Dr. Sershon is the best. However, the wait time, from the time we got into the office and then the examination room was extremely long. My appointment was at 1:50 pm. We arrived at 1:45 pm. Needed to wait about 30 minutes in the lobby, then another 30 minutes in the exam room, with no one explaining to us that there would be delays seeing Dr. Sershon, or what was going on. We have been at Anderson Clinic, at the Fairfax location, and other locations such as Alexandria, Arlington, etc. we never had to wait almost an hour. It would be most appreciated if someone in the staff would pay attention to the waiting times, and inform the patients of what is going on, after at least a 20+ wait in the doctors office. Thank you! Otherwise, everything was excellent!

The receptionist was rude and had a serious attitude. Not a good reflection on the practice.

All went well. I was a little surprised by the level of pain from the steroid flare in my knee, but reading online assured me that this was not unlikely and would go away in a few days. It was suggested at the clinic that I ice my knees and could take Advil and that did help.

Dr. Sershon listened to all of my needs and was very communicative about what I need to do. Every visit with Dr. Sershon has been excellent. I have recommended The Anderson Clinic to many of my family and friends.

Overall, I have appreciated the care I received at The Anderson Clinic from my very first visit. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and I felt that my concerns were taken seriously. I especially appreciated the xray technicians and their sense of humor and willingness to help. I hope the clinic continues to focus on communication, timely appointments, and making patients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visits.I continue to recommend Dr. Sershon as an outstanding surgeon and the team for guiding me through two successful knew replacements.
