No rush and spent time answering all questions

Very friendly staff gave quick instruction, would prefer more printed materials with written process to operation day.

I receive excellent care from Anderson Cliniic.

From walking in the door to walking out was seamless. Wait time was minimal before getting my xray, then the wait for the doctor was minimal, back to xray and the doctor to return was minimal. The doctor explained what he felt was my problem. He referred to another doctor to confirm his suspicion. I was able to get an appointment with that doctor on my way home. I felt relief from some of my pain just from the confidence of Dr Sershon.

All Anderson staff are first rate. They make you think that assisting you is the high part of their day. As for doctors, my experience with a partial knee repacement by Dr. Robert Sershon was superb. I strongly recommend him.

I will not hesitate to use the Anderson Clinic for future orthopedic needs. My surgical experiences with Dr. Sershon have only given me complete trust and confidence in him and the clinic.

Dr. Sershon is kind, patient and highly intelligent. He gives me confidence in his expertise and trust in his performance.
