The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sershon was very informative and explain my options.

Only had 2 office visits with Dr Sershon and they were months ago. Confused about visit questionnaire is referring to. My latest contact was 2 days ago having my second knee replaced by him. I saw him for maybe 8 seconds when he peeked around curtain in pre-op. I have sung Dr Sershon’s praises for innovation and skill to anyone who will listen. Only disappointment was that he did not call my husband afterwards ( and correct # was checked and rechecked by front desk and nurse) like he did 6 weeks ago for knee #1. Nurse just came out to waiting room to bring him back to me in recovery. Had to ask our question of Annie his PA via the Focus app. Got answer from her.

I am previous patient of Dr. Albright for knee replacement.I did.not see the doctor, I.saw Annie his PA. I left not confdent.of her diagnosis. She is a PA, not doctor. I feel like I need to see a different provider to get a diagnosis I am confident in.

I have been going for a long time and my first doctor was Dr.George Branche . My New doctor Dr Sershon was excellent and I am looking forward to do my right knee next.

Everyone is friendly and professional and Dr. Sershon provide a good explanation of my symptoms and the best solutions for me.

Staff were helpful and pleasant.Dr. Sershon was great. He was clear on what maybe causing pain on my lower back. And suggested exercises to help with the pain.

It's a comfort to know that the staff at The Anderson Clinic were so'ooooo helpful.
