I visited the National Harbor office. Dr Sershon was excellent, clear, and precise and cordial. His explanation was informative and I could see his expertise and I liked his confidence. Carson was also outstanding! The preparation folder was very detailed and informative.

Dr. Sershon is amazing! He expertly diagnosed my issue, and proactively moved forward with my treatment plan. He explained everything thoroughly and answered each and every question I asked. He has one of the best bedside manners I have experienced. He, along with his wonderful staff, from assistants, xray techs, and receptionist, made me feel cared for, and that I mattered. I left my appointment knowing I made the right choice with Anderson Orthopedic and Dr. Sershon.

The check-in clerk and x-ray technicians seemed to be very matter of fact, and every time I attempted conversation, they ignored. It definitely didn’t make me feel welcome. However, Dr. Chehaw in his staff when I went in the procedure room, we’re outstanding.

It was a pleasure meeting and discussing my upcoming procedure with Dr Sershon. He was very professional and courteous and I was appreciative of him telling me what I could expect in addition to readily answering any questions I had. I was also pleased with the young lady who provided and patiently went over with me a wealth of information I need to know prior to my procedure.

A four month x ray was not taken. Even after I explained that I had fallen and hit my left knee. The x-ray that Dr. Sershon had on his screen was from my two month check-in.

The cost for the SurgiPlan seems excessive

Everything from referral, scheduling, X-rays, Dr visit, and staff ran smoothly and I highly recommend this practice.
