Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I was really happy and grateful that Dr. Sershon took so much time during my visit with him to listen to all my concerns and allay my fears. He is very personable and smart as a whip. I think God led my hand when I selected Dr. Sershon and Anderson Clinic in my Google search.

The only concern that I had was the initial issue with cash pay. The practice didn’t take my previous insurer. I told via phone, the office would allow self pay. However, two front desk people tried to cancel my appointment upon arrival and suggest it was illegal to self pay. I knew that wasn’t true. Someone else may have believed and missed out on the incredible care.

Dr Sershon is an amazing DR. He explains everything so well that you don't end up having any questions. I've recommended him to several people. He's worth the 2 hour drive.

While the gentleman at the front desk was doing his job ensuring your practice only sees authorized patients, he seemed overly suspicious of me. Even when I showed him the same referral letter he'd receive from the VA a few minutes later, his dismissed my letter (again, the exact same letter) as not having the information he needed. In contrast, the Annandale office is easy and welcoming. My endgame is my hip and I am thrilled to be moving forward. The minor incident was quite unfortunate.
