Your reception person was calm and focused on getting all the right information. I was impressed by him. The technician (nurse?), Jasmin, made me feel at ease& cared about. I think I have her name right. She has great people skills.Dr. Sershon gave me several tips and encouragement on how to proceed during the coming months. He’s very personable, besides that I have complete confidence in his surgical talent.

I had knee replacement surgery almost 4 years ago by another doctor, my knee has never been right, flexion was less than 90. Dr Sershon told me what the problem was and performed revision surgery in sep 25, I now have 120 degrees plus of flexion, Dr sershon and his team have literally changed my life, thanks to all of you.

Anne was excellent in answering questions. Given me the projected recovery tome and exercises to keep from getting stiff.

While the visit itself was fine, the follow-up has been frustrating. I have been trying to reschedule my surgery for almost a week. I’ve called daily, sometimes more than once a day, and my calls are not getting returned. The prospect of undergoing major surgery (a THR) is stressful for patients. My stress has been exasperated by the fact that I have not been able to speak with anyone in the office aside from front desk staff who, while professional, are apparently not in a position to assist me. It is concerning that I’ve been unable to resolve the issue and get a new date for my surgery.
