Pain management, cleanliness, knowledge of the dr and staff are three things I feel Anderson does at a very high level.

While the visit itself was fine, the follow-up has been frustrating. I have been trying to reschedule my surgery for almost a week. I’ve called daily, sometimes more than once a day, and my calls are not getting returned. The prospect of undergoing major surgery (a THR) is stressful for patients. My stress has been exasperated by the fact that I have not been able to speak with anyone in the office aside from front desk staff who, while professional, are apparently not in a position to assist me. It is concerning that I’ve been unable to resolve the issue and get a new date for my surgery.

Dr. Sershon and his staff is excellent. All staff is so polite and efficient.

Robert Sershon, is an excellent doctor The staff is professional. He explained very clearly. I think it's not easy to find an exceptional doctor. I’m lucky to have him to be my doctor.
