I am looking forward to have my knee replacement with Dr. Sershon. Laila Nelson

Without a doubt, the nicest Dr's office I have ever been in.

The wait before I was called back for X-rays and seeing Dr Sershon was longer than expected - appointment time 2:10 - called back after 2:30. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

I am confused by this survey. My last encounter with Dr. Sershon was in the operating room at Mount Vernon Hospital. My care and treatment were excellent, but the survey questions seem to pertain to office visits.

Clerical assistant late in getting medications ordered & I had to call for it. My last visit was never scheduled to assist in recovery. She appeared grumpy in service. Medical clinic was top of line by clinicians before @ after surgery. They remembered me from previous surgeries.

The visit seemed very matter of fact… this is what you need when do you want to schedule. I have confidence in Dr Sershon and he was very easy to talk to. I was a bit overwhelmed and wish there was time to process the information. His nurse rushed through the information and said “ everything is in your packet”, she did not seem to want to answer questions… just seemed interested in scheduling. The entire process seemed like a well oiled machine. I realized later that I forgot to ask some questions. When I called I was told a message would be sent to his nurse. I never heard back. Also, my current pain was not addressed nor was I told what I can do or medication to take until the surgery is done.

Dr Sershon is an exceptionally brilliant surgeon!!
