You need better finacial advisors on what your doing to navigate my insurance Blue Cross . Receiving a bill for $48,000.00 is shocking . Your advisor assured me it would be resolved . Ive had problems with Blue Cross in the recent past not wanting to pay for medical equipment .

The whole process has been great. From Front desk staff, x-rays, Doctor visits all the way through surgery with Dr. Sershon everything is excellent.
