At my initial visit, I had xrays and Dr Sershon shared my diagnosis and prognosis with me and discussed my options. He thoroughly explained the recommended procedure along with pre and post surgical preparations and I decided to proceed with surgery. I received an injection to alleviate the pain. Surgery was scheduled, I was given an injection and came home armed with reading material and a phone number to call should I have any questions prior to surgery. I was amazed at all that was accomplished in just one visit. My interactions with the Administrative Assistant, Medical Assistant, N.P., XRay Tech and RN were all excellent. And I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Sershon's care, knowledge, and professionalism. I know I am in good hands. Thank you, all of you for everything!
