I was familiar with Anderson Clinic but I hadn't been in a long time. When I saw my neighbor I knew where I had to go. The doctors have changed, more support staff but still pretty good.

Dr. Sershon took time to go over the x-ray and explain what he would do with surgery. All support staff was friendly and efficient.

I visited The Harbor. My experience with Tower xrays was annoying.

I would appreciate a closer location

He answered all of my concern about the hips surgery. I left felling much better and more relaxed.

About 2 weeks prior to this most recent appt I tried to make a followup appt w/ Dr Sershon.I spoke w/an older sounding female who was unwelcoming & who rudely told me to "to go back to my original doctor" & refused to schedule me for appt until she received my patient portal.I considered making appt elsewhere as I was taken aback my such rudeness.Unacceptable! However, I was impressed w/Dr Sershon & didn't want this encounter to hinder my efforts to meet again w/him
