I researched the facility and the doctor.Major pluses— knowledge and skills of doctorCleanliness of facility, pleasantness of staff,Negatives -/ age of hospital, no enough handicapped parking — but Anderson has no control of these.

Keith is not friendly or warm. He was on an extended personal call while I waited to check in. After making a payment on the ice machine, I requested a super bill to send into my insurance and he proceeded to tell me my insurance won’t pay. I didn’t realize he was in billing? He would not assist me and told me I needed to contact patient billing. I think if you’re going to connect with a community who have medical issues, a higher level of empathy and genuine connection would be appreciated.

This visit was at Harborside Surgical Center. I thought the wait time from checkin to being called for surgery prep was long. Considering (due to our distance from the facility) we left home at 6 am for a 8:30 checkin. Was called for surgery Prep at 10:46am.

My Surgeon, Dr. Sershon is the best surgeon I have ever experienced at The Anderson Clinic. He allowed me time to THINK about when I thought I would be ready for the knee replacement surgery!! He would be the surgeon that I would recommend to someone who needed knee replacement surgery. Thank you, Dr. Sershon!!!!

Scheduling when going to Fairfax post op wasn't flexiable
