Dr Sherson very direct and straight forward, personable, and hands-on. I wasn’t relegated to the diagnosis of a subordinate medical professional—which has become all too common.

Everyone I have encountered at the clinic is very personable and attentive. They also willingly take the time to I answer any and every question I might have. Communication is key with them, whether face to face or through a patient portal.

The visit with Dr. Sershon went very well; however, the packet of information given to me needs to be improved upon as it was not specific enough to address all my questions (I will be happy to be specific if you would like to speak with me). I had a great deal of difficulty, many days and hours spent, trying to reach a provider who could answer my questions and send a referral for pre surgery PT (I understand this is not a recommendation you normally make but you must be flexible to meet your patients needs). Your communication system is TERRIBLE (I have dealt with many doctor’s offices and this is the worst)! and needs to be changed so your patients’ needs can be addressed. Years past it was very good when each doctor or two had an administrative assistant who could get questions and requests completed easily making life much easier for your patients and honestly your office staff too. . Now, I feel that I am playing the telephone game (the initial conversation is interrupted and totally not the same by the time it gets to the end) and have become extremely frustrated and honestly feel that I am not important. The doctors are great but your business administration needs vast improvement in regard to communicating and addressing your patients’ needs. Thank you.
