Maybe have patients complete some check-in paperwork on line before arriving at office; would like to have surgery done in VA instead of having to travel to MD.

I love the care and advice Dr. Sershon has provided me. Most importantly, he pays attention and listens; he’s not busy typing like others. He gave me all the time I needed and quelled any doubts or fears that I had. I left feeling relieved and happy. I’m so lucky he’s my surgeon. Also, Force Therapeutic the App is brilliant and made matters super easy for me during my recovery. The Anderson Clinic is the epitome of professionalism, efficiency, personalized care; a top notch medical facility that treats its patients humanely and enthusiastically. Kudos to every personnel that crossed my path.

I am always apprehensive when visiting specialists because of bad experiences in the past. This, happily, was not the case with Dr. Sershon. Bob listened attentively as I explained the current state of my left knee. He was not hurried, aloof or distracted; neither was he condescending when answering my questions. I felt like we were conversing like two old friends. What is missing from the post surgical care that I received was the vitamin R: Relationship. I wish we could have had this kind of interaction with Bob more frequently. I really don't feel that an impersonal app provided me the encouragement that I craved. Even a video call would have been nice. I wish you all the best, Bob! Keep up with your work making people happy!
