The visit was quick and easy. Office is clean and personnel are friendly.

The front desk and check out could be a bit more personable. She seemed to be frustrated by my questions.

Dr. Sershon is a quiet competent and confident surgeon. He is articulate in his explanation, logical in his approach and welcoming to all level of questions. My first visit, Dr. Sershon advised I would let him know when I was ready. My second visit, after other consultations, was a strategy and tactic session for a way forward to do a partial knee replacement. There were no surprises. My observation, I should have done this earlier!

I was very impressed with Dr. Sershon and the staff at Mt. Vernon. Dr Shershon explained the entire process and answered all of our questions ( mine and my daughter), She is a nurse practitioner and her questions were a lot more detailed than mine. He was very good about explaining everything
