I appreciate Dr. Sershon’s candor and professional advice regarding my medical situation. Above all, he did not over prescribe but rather took an approach that will save the natural functions of my knees.

Far exceeded expectations.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. She was very pleasant, said hello to everyone coming in or going out the front door. She was in the waiting room and took the page that I was not able to finish, until after I arrived. Thank you for allowing me to be able to print out the paperwork at home and fill it out. I am not very technologically savvy and online things stress me out!!!The Xray tech was very kind and made me feel at ease.I gave a lady the CD and printed reports that my hospital made for me. The girl that took it from me told me that she was going to upload them and the Xray they had just finished taking.Dr Shershon was a lot younger than I expected! He was very professional, kind and caring. Also, very knowledgeable, gave me a Cortisone Shot and ordered PT for me. Was kind if stunned by the new diagnosis of bursitis, arthritis and possible tendonitis.

Dr. Sershon answered all my questions and has prepared me well for my surgery. He has instilled confidence in the outcome.

The clinic is too far from where I live to be a viable option!

I was able to schedule an appointment within a short time frame. Checking in was immediate and my appointment was on time and efficient.

Id been scheduled at Georgetown for surgery but wasn’t comfortable with the surgeon- he didnt tell me any of the things I needed to hear. I was looking for 3 things (very much from my perspective as a surgeon)-I wanted someone who loves operating, who has high volume currently with the procedure, and I wanted this done under a spinal with minimal anesthesia. With no prompting Dr Sershon checked all of those boxes within the first 5 minutes of meeting him. A friend saw his picture and worried he looks so young-I told her with the volume he has I wouldn’t care if he were in his teens. My one issue was while I was told to bring the disk for my MRI nothing was said about the xrays-Id just had them repeated 2-3 weeks prior. It would have been easy to obtain the disk if Id been told I needed it. It meant I was exposed to more radiation and because I have a high deductible will have paid for 2 sets of the same xrays in less than a month out of pocket….they were my third set in under a year. I requested to be able to speak to the doctor about why the report and MRI wasn’t enough-and he refused. Once I did see him. he did explain-MRi doesn’t change management, which I didn’t know-thats all it would have taken for me to have understood and doesn’t seem as though that would have take him a lot of time . AND -he never looked at the MRI which I was told I had to bring.

Dr Sershon is very helpful in explaining my situation. I recommend him highly.

As soon as I checked in I was called by the X-ray technician and then escorted to the room. An assistant quickly followed to go over some questions. When she got through that process I was seen by Dr Sershon. Excellent process from start to finish.
