I wasn,t able to keep the appointment because I was in the Inova hospital im My Vernon. His office is in the same hospital. Not surre if someone from his office came.

Please correct to cross reference documents so that all covey the same information, such as out patient information etc! Some say 40 minutes 30????

Saw Dr. Sershorn in National Harbor location. Very nice facility. Dr. Sershorn was very personable and professional. Left with a diagnosis, plan of action with a hopeful resolution. Great visit!

I was very impressed how much information they provided to prepare me for my surgery. I also liked the preop call from Annie Davis - she provided beneficial information and sent the PT and prescription referrals the day of the call; that kind of efficiency is rare these days. Dr Sershon and his staff provided excellent care.

I am a skier. Many Ski Patrol colleagues have gone to the Anderson Clinic. I have Never heard one negative word about the Anderson Clinic. All skiers and Nastar racers returned to their sport after surgery. Nuff said.

Since it was my first visit, my insurance should have been checked before my appointment. I didn’t know there was a problem and I had to speak to a manager on the receptionist’s phone. Then I had to call UHC from the waiting room to get the rep’s name and reference number. After another 20 minutes, I was allowed back for my X-rays and a 10 minute wait. Finally I saw the PA, Annie for a very good appt and a cortisone shot in my knee that has now eased my pain!

Dr was very kind patient and informative very impressive visit. Highly recommend that Anderson Clinic.

I found all of the nurses / techs and PTs were absolutely amazing. Top notch!

Even though I have endured many knee surgeries, I still feel and trust that my doctor knows exactly what he is doing. Everyone is so nice and professional. In my three surgeries at Anderson, I have never had a bad experience right down to the staff who brought me my food. Excellent Clinic.
