Very happy with the outcome of my surgery and Dr Sershon, not happy with waiting 90 minutes from appt time to see him

The front desk personnel at the Fairfax location have the personality of a wet noodle.

The wait time in the exam room to see the doctor was longer than expected.

Terrific experience with Dr. Sershon. Hip recovery is faster and far better than I expected. Provided diagnosis and recommendation on ancillary knee joint pain in advance of plsnned knee replacement.

Dr. Sershon was available during the holiday season. Once we connected he was wonderful, explaining my condition and treating it. He took lots of time and did not rush.If necessary, I will seek him out again.

Have had difficulty resolving an issue with the finance department. First consultation with non invasive specialist in May resulted in a misdiagnosis for which the fee was $540. Never resolved because it took too long to connect with the finance department to discuss it.... Waiting for half an hour several times on the phone to discuss. Other than that my operation and post opp support were excellent.

Jodie Lowe was amazing, professional and very flexible with her availability and in working on my ever changing referrals.
