When I first arrived here I wasn't in very good shape, but the staff here did a great job of really helping me to get better, they are very helpful and kind. I really did enjoy my experience here, the activities were wonderful to participate in and the food was good, we actually had one of my favorites this morning, pancakes and sausage. The only thing that I feel needs work is the size of the room, I did feel a little cramped from time to time, but over all it really is a lovely facility to be at, I'm going to miss everyone here, but I won't be a stranger I'll visit soon! Thank you everyone for the great care.

I was overall pleased with my care, the staff is very kind, and friendly. Occasionally the food would come out cold and there were times that I didn't get along with my room mate, but staff did what they could to fix it. I am really happy that social services was able to find me placement closer to my family and friends. Thank you for everything!

This experience was wonderful, I felt so lucky to get a private room and he staff was awesome. Special mention to the PM nurse Parry, he was always very polite and professional. Special thanks to the kitchen as well for accommodating my appetite and giving me extra helpings. I appreciate how patient the rehab staff was with me especially during the times I may have been difficult to work with. And thank you to the social services and business office for keeping my plan on track and keeping me aware of any changes. I don't have a very good short term memory, but I'm definitely gonna remember you guys. Thank you again.

I recently stayed at rock creek for rehabilitation after my hip surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my time with them. My only criticism would be that I would like to see the call lights answered a little faster. I would stay there again if I ever had the need. Thank you rock creek!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rock Creek. I told the Administrator, if ever I need to go to a place and need rehab I'll come back to Rock Creek Care Center. I love the place and have fallen in love with the staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. You guys saved my life and I appreciate all of you.

How does one thank so many caring, selfless, warm people who put their hearts out for people they have only just met and known for a short time, and ask for nothing back? When we [residents] ask for help, you are there with open arms. How can I thank you? Room no. 7 will always hold a special place in my life, and at my age that says a lot. The staff showed me that there is still a lot of real kindness straight from the soul. And every day I saw you all walking on angel wings, please never change who you are! Your families are so lucky to have you all In their lives and I [am happy] I got to share a very big piece of that. God bless all and thank you for letting me be a part of all your lives. Be good to yourselves and each other. You made me laugh every day, and that was a good thing.

When I was in the hospital, I was absolutely against care homes. I didn't even visit one of my best friends because of how much they freaked me out. This place definitely gave me a new perspective. The staff here is so kind and wonderful, they really made me feel at peace and like I was really being taken care of. They didn't hesitate to answer my questions, and some of the staff even made time to spend time and chat with me. If I ever need this type of care again, there is no other place I would rather be. Thank you all again, and God bless you all!

Place great People great Service great Only leaving because my family lives in Tahoe. Moving closer to home. Our family loves rock creek. Thank you all for your loving kindness to me every day and my family when they visited. They always tell me how friendly, helpful and professional the staff are and that has been my experience the past many months of being here at rock creek. I will miss you and love you all!

After the experience at the first SNF I was apprehensive about transferring. Your building here is great and your staff is very special. They did a wonderful job taking care of me & I would recommend this building to everyone who needs this type of care. Thank you for all your help!
