Wendy was incredibly informative, prepared, friendly and helpful. We had several tours lined up that day but this one was on all levels better. We applied and got approved the same day! We are so excited and Wendy definitely made the process soooo easy, especially for a typically overwhelming experience.

Overall place is nice, kept up. However the light fixtures and vents are totally disgustingly flthy. For the price you save not having carpet, you could at least wash them

Management and maintenance go above and beyond to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Communication is also a key approach from them.

It's unfortunate, the apartment has so much potential. I was attracted by the high ceilings, fireplace and deck facing the mountains. However what I've found is consistent issues through poor craftsmanship and maintenance. I'm constantly replacing lights, fixing the toilet, or handling wasp nests on the poorly built deck. Maintenance never replaced my smoke alarms. I was shown the place with a microwave and then that was removed. The shower is a disaster. Pests every other month.And outside the apartment? Dog poop everywhere, no direct communication about the meth condemned unit below me, fitness area unusable from limited hours, forbidden dog breeds everywhere. I understand change of ownership is challenging but I've been consistently disappointed when not concerned for my safety. Counting the days to my departure.
