I truly feel as if the owners don't care about there residents.

General: There was a cockroach infestation that wasn’t properly managed. We were being grandfathered into a paid parking program. We kept getting passive aggressive emails from management. We were severely overcharged for our apartment. Move-out process: People were nice but we didn’t get specific answers about what we were expected to replace/repair (e.g drip pans). We were charged for helping to prevent further cockroach infestation.

Everything was satisfactory. Had some cool neighbors, office was always courteous with me. All in all it was pretty positive.

Unreliable staff, terrible living conditions.

there was no communication given from the office until a week after my move. my stay at Rock Peak was atrocious, as they had promised me so many things upon signing, and then they fell flat after I moved in. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. it is far too expensive for what one gets.

we were left with a leaky ceiling for 6 years. 6 months we had pure concrete flooring In our room because they wouldn't replace the carpet that their leak caused.

During the time where there was no permanent management staff in the office there was no communication about my rent not being received, no communication my rent went up. There was no communication via email, phone, or paper left on my door. When I tried talking to someone in the office when the office should have been open there was paper saying “sorry we’re closed” and I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone for a few days.

It was a decent place to live great management attentive .
