Terrible decision to move here. Apartment door doesn’t shut correctly, grounds are disgusting, and management sends more emails than assistance.

Phillip was very nice and very helpful. He was very attentive and kind when we were touring the place. I will definitely keep you guys in my list.

there was no communication given from the office until a week after my move. my stay at Rock Peak was atrocious, as they had promised me so many things upon signing, and then they fell flat after I moved in. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. it is far too expensive for what one gets.

Having to mKe appoi tents with the office staff is not very community helpful. I have several questions and amatinance issues that need to be addressed ASAP. I would live to call and talk. To the head person in charge. I will try around 330pm today. I also need you to reset my patient ment as I only had 1000 at the 1st of month but now would like to pay the rest. And you are so worried about the pool witch is understand able but nothing was done about the fire works going off for 4 days and we're more dangerous.
