This is Dawn in Apartment E 100. 1more thing the property looks pretty bad whe the grass is so dried out. Why is that an issue .it is also a bad fire hazard. And you are so worried about the pool witch is understand able but nothing was done about the fire works going off for 4 days and we're more dangerous. we were left with a leaky ceiling for 6 years. 6 months we had pure concrete flooring In our room because they wouldn't replace the carpet that their leak caused.

I’m writing to express a concern regarding the current operating hours of the community pool.As it stands, the pool is only open during limited hours that unfortunately do not accommodate many residents who work standard full-time jobs. By the time we finish work, the pool is either already closed or about to close, leaving little to no opportunity for us to enjoy this amenity we pay for.We respectfully ask that the pool hours be reconsidered and extended—either by opening earlier, staying open later in the evening, or offering more flexibility on weekends. This would allow more residents to benefit from and enjoy the facilities our community offers.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope a fair solution can be found that meets the needs of all residents.

The issues have only gotten worse over the year I’ve been here. It’s the point that I see Police or Front range security most days at the apartments. Have yall stopped screening people that apply to live here? No more credit checks or valid ID’s?

It’s not a terrible place, but I do feel like every time I have some sort of issue it’s a run around with the office staff. We still haven’t been able to get into our mailbox for at least a month now because they don’t have a copy of our key and I’ve called several times for an update on possibly getting a new one or the lock replaced or anything!
