On multiple occasions I was only informed (if at all) about a large scale maintenance project less than 24 hours in advance. On one occasion I woke to find that my building’s water had been shut off with no notice or explanation as to why. On another, I woke on a Wednesday morning to a tow truck alarm, threatening to tow any car that wasn’t moved immediately. I found a notice placed on my door sometime in the late evening before or early morning for parking lot painting. I stepped in multiple piles of dog poop near the mail room because there no enforcement obligating residents to clean up after themselves. Theres a lot of broken class and beer bottles in the parking lot even the day after everything was cleaned out for parking lot painting left by careless residents. One one occasion I was out of town for a holiday weekend and returned at midnight to find my door lock was drilled and replaced with only paper notices on my door saying they had misplaced their copy of my key and needed a new one. No texts, calls, or emails. Again I was out of town. I was forced to stay in a hotel that night. Even after that I was asked several months later to bring my key to the main office since they had again lost their copy.The pool and gym were either closed or unsafe to use with the faulty equipment the entire time. The main reasons I gave this a 3 star and not a 1 star were because it is in an older area and the price was cheaper than most other complexes with similar layouts. I personally never felt unsafe here, just inconvenienced frequently.
