The quality of the life has been poor during last couple of years specifically since Minto took charge of the building. The quality of the neighborhood ( people who has been accepted in the building) has been very poor.

Rent price too high for value-almost 2000 for a 3 1/2 in cote des neiges with no in unit washer/dryer, no ac, no wifi included, no electricity included.-lack of security (random people knocking on my door who shouldn’t be let into the building)

Price Rent and reconstruction noises continue to be HIGH and are incompatible and directly opposes for living tenants who suffer for other tenants that will come after at the same rental price but without the inconveniences.

Communications are often wrong or after the fact. Elevators, heat and hot water are often cut or problematic. Handymen are knowledgeable, respectful and always friendly.

Cela fait plus de 28 ans que je demeure dans ce complexe. L'équipe administrative de Minto aux Appartements Rockhill est trop jeune, peu ou pas expérimentée en plus d'avoir des réactions immatures et brusques avec les locataires. Cela se reflète dans nos services qui sont réduits à répétitions alors que Minto nous propose des augmentations au-dessus de la limite proposée par la Régie du logement. Les enjeux sérieux de réparation nous sont toujours transmis à la dernière minute, nous prenant en otage. Lorsque la situation devient parfois inacceptable et que les règles en matière de location du C.c.Q. ne sont plus respectés, le directeur général de l'établissement actuel est injoignable ignore totalement nos plaintes répétées. Il est difficile ensuite de suggérer à nos amis ou parents de venir y vivre.

The administration really improved a lot since minto took over, better communication and a faster response when we had any problems that needed fixing so nothing to say about that.However some problems still remained such as the elevators having a lot of technical problems, tenants smoking weed inside their apartments and around the building making it sometimes impossible to have the windows opened on the lower floors.Overall those years were pleasant, special mention to Mr Jacquopo who always were available when I had any problems with thé apartments and to the Rockhill's technical team who always were professionnal and polite
