The service for maintenance was not done at the time promissed.The decision to charge for all parking spaces has discounted visitors.This is especially difficult for old people who are unable to move around.

Bonjour,Dans l’ensemble, le service a été correct, mais j’aimerais souligner un problème concernant votre personnel au bureau.Lundi, lorsque j’ai appelé le numéro de maintenance pour signaler une fuite d’eau, la dame qui m’a répondu m’a dit que c’était « normal » et qu’il faudrait attendre deux jours avant qu’une réparation soit effectuée. Cela m’a semblé illogique, car il est difficile de rester deux jours sans pouvoir utiliser la cuisine.Deux jours plus tard, j’ai rappelé le bureau. Une autre personne m’a informée que, dans ma demande, il était indiqué que la porte du placard était tombée, et non qu’il s’agissait d’une fuite d’eau. On m’a alors dit qu’un technicien serait envoyé immédiatement.Je vous invite donc à vérifier la communication interne de vos services afin d’éviter ce genre d’erreur à l’avenir.Cordialement,

My big problem with the Rockhill is that most of the time there is no receptionist and if I needservice I have to go to the office. Until this problem is rectified I would not recommendThe Rockhill to any one.I have left phone messages and online messages for serviceand I never get a response until I go to the Rockhill office

The apartment wasn’t ready and nobody verified the sink was clogged also the bathroom tub and the stove wasn’t working properly and missing piecesEvery appliance was very dirtyIt took a whole week for the manager to rectify the situation

On October 27th at 8:00 AM, I was woken by a huge crane parking under my apartment windows. The Rockhill manager, Eric Cao, never informed the residents of Building F that we would once again be undertaking major construction on our building, namely, roof replacement. How is it that I myself have to ask for explanations for these unexpected event? Mr. Eric Cao, in his position since October 2022, should know that it is his legal responsibility to inform his tenants in advance. His customer service practices violate Quebec's rental board regulations regarding major renovations. He knows it, yet he continues to do it. Why hold us hostage like this repeatedly? It makes absolutely no sense...
