We are still waiting since last year to get the window screen for the dining room, apartment 203, building B. Many workers come and go and we are still waiting for this screen…. What is the problem? Would you please follow up?

It took a year to get the door and once it arrived the real disaster started with several unkept installation dates, messy work once the work started and a gross lack of communication. The inhouse carpenter, Kevin, finally finished the work ( very curteous and well done). Now waiting for the "weather stripping" as the door still has a 1/4" gap.In short: not impressed.

I think one of the drawbacks of the maintenance services is that necessary information is not properly communicated to tenants. For the plumbing issue in my unit, they came to my unit on three different days to complete the job; however, I only received an email informing me about the first visit. I believe this issue could be easily resolved if, in the service portal, we were able to see updates and the date of the next visit (if required) regarding our maintenance request. This not only clarifies to the tenant that the reported issue is still being addressed, but also provides an estimated completion date so that they can make any necessary arrangements accordingly.

Nettoyer au jet la petite zone de stationnement au niveau S1 du B a l'arrière des ascenseurs.Il y a une couche se terre créant une poussière énorme, il suffit de voir les voitures de cette zone!Une mise jour des véhicules, abandonnés depuisdes moisdes mois doit doit être effectuée . SVP.Les balcons ne doivent pas servir d"étendeurs de linge.Les chiens.....Il y en a plus ici qu'a la SPCA ! LMML
