The carpentry work was not completed because the carpenter did not fix the lock of the door. It can be closed but not locked.

We live on the second floor of Building B, apt 203. Cigarette butts are being thrown onto our balcony from above. Please, kindly, enforce the policy of non smoking in Minto apartments.

The apartment was incredibly dirty. Dust everywhere in all the shelves and floors were grimy. The bathroom drain was clogged to which I pulled out a massive hair ball. I was simply expecting the apartment to be given to me in a cleaner condition than what it was.
