ONCE THE RENTAL CONTRACT IS SIGNED, THE APPARTMENT MUST FULLY BE REPAIRED AND THE NEW TENANT SHOULD HAVE IT FIXED ON TIME AT THE DATE OF THE STARTING RENTAL.ALSO THEIR SHOULD BE A SUPERVISOR WHICH CONTROL THAT ALL IS REPAIRED 100% .IT IS NOT THE REPONSABILITY OF THE NEW TENANT TO HAVE THEESE FOLLOW UP AND FIX WHATEVER WERE DAMAGED BY THE OLD TENANT.I MOVED TO ROCKHILL APPART D301, MY NAME IS ALAIN HOMSY MY PHONE NUMBER IS 438 528 8674 SO GIVE ME A CALL.(SINCE JULY 2025 )

Ongoing issues are ignored, basic maintenance is delayed or never done, and tenants are left to deal with problems that should never reach this level.Communication is poor to nonexistent. When concerns are raised, they are dismissed or minimized. There is no sense of accountability, urgency, or respect for the people who pay to live here. Living here has been stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. No tenant should have to repeatedly chase solutions.

I lost my text in frenxhI hard a meeting at MintoI Ward Giacomo 506 hé was aware !I came back Gino Vince peter were there machine Peter and a womanThe water 506 on the carpette corridorThe water. 505 ionly in one roomThey came to help me PeterTook and the ventilos to dry the floor in 1heure !great ! My floor was saved

Logement trop élevé pour la qualité des services reçus.Ascenseurs toujours en panne, environnement malpropre, concierge désagréable (il insulte les locataires...), administration bornée et incompétente, des animaux qui urine partout à l'extérieur, problèmes dans les unités (3 semaines pour réparer une toilette, 12 mois pour changer un lave-vaisselle, plancher mal verni, fenêtre qui tombent...), odeurs de cigarette et de marijuana (intérieur, extérieur, balcon), sans que personne n'interviennent, musique forte, etc...
