How do I know which service request you are referring to? I have had more than one plumbing issue. And the third one is still not fixed.You refer to them as numbers. I am not in your system to know what you are referring to.Give them a title. Your process is severely flawed.

I know the staff are very busy but it would be great if I was notified that the service will be delayed. I have to be proactive by sending a message to update the issue.

George the electrician is excellent! As a matter of fact ALL maintenance staff are great! Please ensure that they have the material in stock so that they can do their jobs. It’s up to Minto to keep inventory up to date.

Despite RH having excellent maintenance people, for example:- Plumbers- Carpenters- An electrician'sI would never recommend Rockhill to anyone as a place to live!The simple reason for this is the management is extremely disrespectful, does not respond to any communications, and takes months and years before they fix anything.Notwithstanding, they remove amenities that we pay for, and never put them back!Both shameful and disgusting.

Pour le plombier,Oui, service impeccable , cependant il m’a fallu (3) rappels et suivie pour qu’enfin que mon problèmese règle.Ça fait 24 ans que j’y habite , ça prend beaucoup plus de temps maintenant de répondre aux demandes faites par le résident.Je comprends que je ne suis pas seule qui habite le Rockhill mais les autres années non plus je n’étais pas la seule .Y a il assez de personnel ???
