The building is constantly dirty. The button for the elevator hasn't work for more than 2 years. The air vents need to be cleaned - they blow dirt and allergens into our apartments. My screens still have not been fixed - I've requested that they be fixed over 2 years ago - they partially did the work and didn't complete it. I won't go on.

Le gymnase est malpropre négligence de la part des usagers de replacer les objets utilisés - A 6h00 le matin on entre dans une pièce en désordre - les techniciens sont lents à remettre les appareils en service encore ce matin un tapis roulant était hors d’usage …. Depuis 2024 une demande de changer mon dessus de comptoir dans la cuisine rien n’est fait en 2026 ; aucun suivi n’est fait m’informant de la longueur des délais lorsqu’il faut recourir au bureau chef d’Ottawa pour des travaux exemple : le dessus de mon comptoir .
