Wifi password posted in the waiting room was incorrect.I felt the inspection was not done properly, some suggestions were made based on assumptions (oil change) and not on facts. Also, my concern about the software update for the infotainment system was not properly addressed and quickly dismissed. I didn't get the multi point report at the end.

Change oil and filter and next day my car started dropping a lot of oil. Can’t drive not drive my car for 3 days till MondayNo offers free car washIs not possible that a almost new car and first service starts with mechanical issuesAfter been talking with Marlon my service Advisor (he is very nice) another coworker came with other car in Service Department very rude demanding to move out my car.

I enjoy the emails I get from Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi with coupons and offers to make sure my Outlander Sport is running in peak performance. Everyone there is great and the service is wonderful.Friendly staff, nice waiting room and the service is done in a timely fashion.

Car had to have a part replaced before delivery and calibration jig for aligning forward collision warning systemwasnt available and so the service manager had to take the car to a different dealer to get that so eGood dealDealership facility is on the older side

N/AI remain confused regarding the recommended service interval. My owners manual says every 7500 miles and the service follks say every 5000 miles. Before I purchased the PLEV the internet said plug in's and EV's had less service requirements. I'm confused

The service tech said if the computer said nothing was wrong - nothing was wrong despite rthencar failing to start on three different occasions. It is as if the techs have no ability to diagnose or investigate based on customer complaint and can only do what the computer tells them.Zero ability for the technician to diagnose or problem solve
