Car had to have a part replaced before delivery and calibration jig for aligning forward collision warning systemwasnt available and so the service manager had to take the car to a different dealer to get that so eGood dealDealership facility is on the older side

N/AI remain confused regarding the recommended service interval. My owners manual says every 7500 miles and the service follks say every 5000 miles. Before I purchased the PLEV the internet said plug in's and EV's had less service requirements. I'm confused

The service tech said if the computer said nothing was wrong - nothing was wrong despite rthencar failing to start on three different occasions. It is as if the techs have no ability to diagnose or investigate based on customer complaint and can only do what the computer tells them.Zero ability for the technician to diagnose or problem solve

When giving my keys to me they didn’t go over the paperwork and I didn’t remember to ask so I don’t know if they addressed and dealt with the issue or not

The door didn’t open when we arrived so it wasn’t really clear what we should do or where we should enter, there were people standing around so unclear if they were customers or employees so not sure what to do because in the past someone always greeted us! We expressed one problem and now that I’m filling this out I realize they didn’t tell me if it was corrected
