When giving my keys to me they didn’t go over the paperwork and I didn’t remember to ask so I don’t know if they addressed and dealt with the issue or not

The door didn’t open when we arrived so it wasn’t really clear what we should do or where we should enter, there were people standing around so unclear if they were customers or employees so not sure what to do because in the past someone always greeted us! We expressed one problem and now that I’m filling this out I realize they didn’t tell me if it was corrected

Just a FYI, I really enjoyed the fact that the lot had adequate parking and room to maneuver my Pickup Truck, still managing to have Inventory available to view... Some of your Competitors, not so much... At two of them, I was nervous due to close aisles, tight turns and no Customer Parking without the Shopping Center Parking lot feeling! I don't enjoy being forced to walk all over it my 'Pet Peeve' being Corralled in to force me to stay and buy a vehicle that they want to sell...Fortunately, our experience with you was not like that and a HUGE part of our decisions, mixed with your Low Pressure Approach to Sales.Based on our Experience, we would and will highly recommend you!We enjoyed working with Jamie, and visiting with Bill as they both answered some of my 'unusual' questions about the vehicle. Jamie also made the 'painful' experience of buying a Vehicle much more relaxed. It was a pleasant change, a change that is NOT what most of the Automotive industry dies, even now!I am not just the 'kick the tires' person or like the 'new generation' of picking a vehicle from a Webpage... And I always need to more in depth details.

I had called earlier to discuss bringing my car in and asked to have it towed (the dealership does not provide mobile services). After I arrived I was told the team was on their lunch break and wouldn't be back for an hour (despite two guys actively working on cars) and decided to walk with my kids to a nearby strip mall to wait. The service was great, but not knowing about "we don't work for a huge chunk of the afternoon" was frustrating. And not having alternative transportation with small children was disappointing.

All in all, it was a great experience compared to other dealerships.Jamie made everything easy, pleasant, and she was knowledgeable on all aspects of the car and the deal for me to obtain a vehicle I wanted and that fit in my personal budget.
