You need to communicate better to the customer and do a better job of listening when the customer is explaining what the problem is with the vehicle. My experience at your service center on 10/05/26 was a complete disappointment, a waste of my time and money. On another note I had a great experience at the service center at Romeo Chevrolet dealership in Lake Katrine NY a few months ago with another vehicle. The check in person was attentive and informative and had the mechanic explain to me what needed to be done then and what else should be done in the future. I think your service center should take lessons from your colleagues in Lake Katrine.
