I would also like to say that Gillian in the office was also helpful and friendly !I hope that they will keep adult swim available in the morning if it’s only from 9.30-10.00I have been coming to this camp ground for at least 20 years or more ,and it’s because of the cleanliness and the pleasant staff that keep me coming and also I’m living in Nanaimo and it seems home away from home .Keep up the excellent work 👍And thanks again Rod for accompanying us in the pool in the morning!SincerelyLynn Macaulay

WiFi & cable leave a lot to be desired!

Love staying at Rondalyn but I have booked same spot for same week next year and the cost has increased greatly. I feel an additional $150 increase is way too much. How can you justify this?

Improve online booking, and be upfront about potentially moving our booking without a "site lock in fee".

Do not lease 80 or 81

We thought we were getting a site with tv hook up. Maybe next time the receptions should ask if we want tv. Other then that loved our stay there!

The WiFi and the cable TV boxes need improvement. A bench in the dog area.

I would like to suggest that you would add some boosters to your WIFI package, internet service is very weak and unreliable.

Everything was great have no complaints

Great place for families. My grandchildren had lots of fun.
