Please add a foot stool to the washrooms for kids to be able to reach the soap/taps.It makes no sense that the lower washrooms have a different code. If we walk around the campground we should be able to use the washrooms. And it would be nice to have one closer to the playground so all the boys stop peeing in the bushes...Also, the cars go so fast coming in, which is right near where the kids play, on their way to the playground, maybe a designated lane painted would help...I donno, there were several close encounters that we witnessed

Our sons were realy exited to fish the catch and release pond, but it didn’t look to be stocked for the season.We were unable to book our site online - but staff were able to help us by phone.Every staffer we spoke to was very accommodating and friendly. The type of service I hope for but often don’t receive. Really impressive. We wish we had more days booked - there was so much on site to do!Curious if you offer programming for kids (or movie nights, crafts, pancake breakfast etc.) we were only visiting kid-week but would be nice to know for next time.

We were right beside the pool. The site itself was excellent but the noise level from the pool was quite loud. We understand that would be almost impossible to change. It would don’t deter us from coming back.

The adult swim time 5:00-6:00 is at a very inconvenient time. This is usually when parents are cooking dinner for the family a well the sun is not shining on the pool at that time. I suggest 4:00-5:00 would be much better for the adult swim time and see no reason why it cannot be changed as the children have it for the entire day.

Site was lovely and staff are very friendly, helpful and prompt.A suggestion regarding pool schedule - would it be possible to have adult time only from 12-1 in addition to the evening hour?It seems like a good time since littles would be having lunch.My biggest concern this stay was related to safety and children / youth riding e-scooters and bicycles at high speed along the paved road but also cutting through empty sites, often at 10 pm or later.On my last night, after 11 pm, two youths on e-scooters went through my site twice, running over my power cord and dislodging it.I realize families come to Rondalyn to relax, have fun and let their children play in a safe space, and that riding bikes and scooters and staying up late is all part of the fun. The text reminder sent on July 2 was a great safety reminder.My only ‘wish’ is for better WiFi in the campground. I’m not from Nanaimo and was expecting to have internet access that would allow me to explore things to do in the area.See you next time!
