Really enjoying our stay here

Washroom/Shower facility cleaning should conducted outside of 6-9 am and 7-9 pm. This may fit better for user’s schedules.

We have been doing 4 month stays for last 3 years from Nov-March and were paying 800 per month with small shed included , no lock so only store a few non crucial items in there! Now rates have increased 100$ and paying every 28 days plus they are charging for the janky shed so we are not sure how often we will be back to fill your vacant site for winter at this rate

Just a suggestion,If you change the outdoor mat to the washroom by the clubhouse from carpet to rubber for the winter season there would be a lot less track marks accumulated on the floor.

The only thing that is severely lacking at this resort is the very poor wifi. In this day and age there is no excuse not to have good strong wifi through out the campground.We were just there first week of Nov, and the campground was fairly empty, the wifi was still terrible.It’s pretty sad when I can be on a resort beach in Mexico and have excellent wifi. This company needs to do better.

The campground is very nice. The sites are treed, private & clean. We will definitely come again

The 6 month stay restriction is frustrating for me because of my job would rather see a summer black out period instead

For the 10 days we were there, the wifi was horrendous which seemed strange as not many campers there. Many times it was inaccessible and when it was accessible, speeds were ridiculously slow; a hour show could take 2 hours to watch. For poor weather camping in fall and winter, good wifi is a must. Good Wifi is also necessary any time of year for online meetings, sharing photos with fellow campers, etc. For this reason I would warn others when recommending Rondalyn to other campers.Also, some trees branches were hanging low over the road between the tent area and trailer area. Have to navigate to get by without scratching our trailer. Likely due to heavy rain.We do love coming to Rondalyn and look forward to our next stay; hope wifi is better by then.Finally, love Gillian! So helpful!!
