No complaints except the grass needed cutting on the golf course and some weed eating around the campsite

On Saturday night we were disturbed by a group of campers across from us. They were playing corn hole in the street until 11:30 then talking noisily until midnight. It would have been nice to have staff talk to the campers about quiet time as it was happening.

The pool needs to be open later. Many hours of day light left for activities. Not much availability for drop inns with everyone booking a year in advancePrices were highShowers should NOT cost $ and be free included with price of staying!!Having access codes on bathroom doors is kind of annoying and an inconvenience. (Not needed) .

Retain your staff who are long term employees. Treat them respectfully.

Perhaps an improved area to play group games like Bocce would be nice.

Wish the trout pond was kept up. Years ago it was socked and useableBut that’s just a small item that probably wouldn’t increase your bookings.

I don’t think I should have to pay extra for a desired site especially when I have already paid my deposit

We are enjoying our stay at Rondalyn. We have been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The entire RV park is well kept and the gardens are lovely. Our only issue is with the WiFi. Our site had intermittent service it was quite frustrating especially if we were watching a movie. We have opened a dedicated account to our site with Rogers, but it is costing an additional $112. per month that we hadn't budgeted for. Thank you Sharon and Bruce Hunter
