Great family location

Kristian (with a K as he so abruptly told me) was very curt when I approached him to ask him questions. I felt very uncomfortable and felt unwelcome by him. He said to me "I would like to hear what is going right, not what is wrong". I can understand his frustrations but not a friendly way to do his job.I understand something happened at the front entrance way to make it unable to enter the ladies washroom without going around the building but this was not my fault. I heard from Kristian that it happened "7 weeks ago" and from office staff it happened "3 weeks ago". My concern was that the light over the men's washroom didn't light up at night consistently and it was quite dark in that area and both my daughter and I tripped over the uneven walkway. I could not understand why it could not be "fixed" or something implemented immediately as it is a danger hazard.We have been coming to Rondalyn since 2013 and this is the first time I did not book my trip for next year while I was there.Perhaps the washroom cleaning times could be changed to accommodate campers' needs, not just staff needs. First thing in the morning is when they are most in demand, and first thing can be anywhere from 6am to 10am that I noticed myself. If the washrooms were available at those times and not being cleaned it would be helpful. It would also be helpful to have the code to the other washroom as sometimes you "gotta go when you gotta go" especially with children, this would avoid upset children and accidents.I have traveled one way across Canada this year and camped all the way in my motorhome and found I judged campsites on my knowledge and love of Rondalyn. Now that I am back and have spent a week of Rondalyn my judgement has changed on how I look at Rondalyn.I also never received text messages of changes (fire ban, etc.), that other campers got and the office person said she didn't understand why and changed my home number to my cell so I could receive. She said the message would be on my home phone when I got home and it was not.

Would it be possible to make the adult swim time maybe later than 5 to 6?
