There should NOT be any rent every 28 days as pensions only come in at end of the month. A pensioner quite often lives from the end of the month to the next month using his/her credit card to live off for groceries and medical expenses, etc, etc.. If a tenant has proven them selves to have good credit then they should be allowed to pay his/her rent at the end of the month.

The sewer smell coming from behind communal fire pit needs to be dealt with as well as the light in the common area should be dimmed down or off during the night.
